New Metal Clad Casement

• Clear Hemlock jambs and sash which are pretreated with clear preservative and preprimed in the sash cavity.
• Outside glazed which allows for reglazing with interior damage.
• Easy to remove operator covers for future serviceability.
• Standard truth washable hinges to make window cleaning possible from the inside.
• Truth Maxim operators complete with folding crank and nesting covers.
• Truth Mirage multipoint sash lock system, with removable escutcheon cover and removable handle. With all the hardware being removable interior finishing is made extremely easy.
• Only the highest quality seals have been used. Q-Foam weather seals will out-perform and out-last any other seal on the market today.
• All metal cladding is extruded in Calgary to the highest of quality, extruded aluminum is many times more resilient to damage than other roll formed type products.
• Cossins nail fins are co extruded with our frame clad to eliminate any possibility of water penetration.
